Crystal Clear Maintenance has compiled an impressive record and client base of commercial and government cleaning and landscape services over the past 7 years. We currently serve customers throughout Central and Northern New Mexico.
We take pride in our extensive employee training program. We believe employee hiring and training are key elements in providing the highest level of service to our clients. All individuals employed by Crystal Clear are carefully screened and interviewed for ability, character, and temperament.
We consider only those with proper work credentials. We screen potential new hires by performing background checks. Candidates are interviewed by the Crystal Clear's president, Douglas Craft and the site's Project Manager. The individual is hired only if both agree he or she would be a great Crystal Clear employee and they successfully pass the background screening process.
A key element of our company's cleaning plan is safety. We employ extensive procedures and policies which are in full compliance with OSHA regulations and requirements.
Employees are trained in workplace safety and accident prevention during in-processing. Refresher training is provided regularly. Safe work environment topics are covered in each of our daily crew meetings.
Managers from Crystal clear regularly attend OSHA training sessions to ensure we stay abreast of the latest OSHA requirements.
