Biography:

Crystal Clear Maintenance is an 8(a) certified, Hubzone certified, SDB (Small Disadvantage Business) certified and Service Disabled Veteran Owned business.

Douglas R. Craft serves as the Director, President and General Manager of Operations. Endia Craft serves as Corporate, Vice President and Administrative Manager.

Douglas R. Craft is a second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army. Douglas also played over 10 years of professional football. He played 2 years with the N.F.L. Seattle Seahawks and 8 years with the C.F.L. Douglas joined the C.F.L. Baltimore Stallions in 1995 the only American team ever to win the Grey Cup. The Grey Cup is equivalent to the Super Bowl. Douglas ended his career during the 1999-2000 season.

Douglas understands and knows the meaning of hard work, dedication and teamwork.
